Mediation

One-on-one with the victim and perpetrator.  

In urgent matters in cases of sexual assults, harassment or discrimination. 

Because both the victim and perpetrator needs support and guidence if our aim is to create sustainable cultural change. 

Based on tained professional violence intervention, we provide knowledge on power relations, privilege blindness as a result of dynamics occuring in cases of sexual assults, harassment or discrimination. 

Mediation ensures clarity, psycological safety and helps see options to act in a situation of crisis.

Psychological Safety

Training in groups and teams.

Group sessions provide guidance and insights that lead to both an inclusive work envionment, lower employer turnover and restoration. 

We spur voluntary cultural changes and create a common understanding to common values. 

Training improves psycological wellbeing and terminology to navigate taboos that would otherwise create an otherness and isolation of victims and and minorities.
